Tips to Lose Weight not Health

Obesity is the major problem which is very common. Obesity is a disease and many people don't take proper care of Obesity and due to bad diet or habits gain way too much excessive weight. So I decided to share with you some tips which can help you trim your tummy.

1] Less Salt Intake: Salt intake must be limited to 1 tablespoon maximum per day as salt contains sodium which is responsible to hold excessive water in body.

The more salt you take the more you feel thirsty and gain weight due to presence of excessive water so cut down on excessive salty foods.

2] Workout: To loose some weight you have to do workout. Workout should be planned or else it can lead to muscles pain. Start with light exercises like running, jogging, hands up, down and gradually increase intensity of workout.

3] Diet Plan: Diet should be planned to avoid oily or high calorie foods and green vegetables and fruits must be considerable part of diet. Non Vegetarian should also be trimmed to minimum.

4] Less Indoor More Outdoor: No more playing games on PC or Console. Playing games outdoors will lead to calories to burn and thus making you healthy and fit.

5] Soda Blackout: Who doesn't love soda but they contain lots of calories and hence its best to avoid it so as to decrease calorie intake.

6] Just do the walking: Walk to work if its near to home or while going to get groceries.

7] Get your head strong: These tips are easy to read and very difficult to follow so make yourself clear that you seriously want to loose weight and soon can see the results.

So these are the points that won't harm your health and will help you loose your weight, though results will be slow but you will fill fit and strong if all these tips are followed.
